The service

SocialAutoReply sends automated replies on Instagram and Facebook through Meta's official APIs, on your behalf, based on rules you configure.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage every account you connect.
• You must follow Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards and messaging policies. Don't use the service for spam, deceptive links or prohibited content.
• You are responsible for the content of the messages your automations send.

Billing

The Pro plan is billed weekly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We depend on third-party platforms that can change or restrict their APIs. We aren't liable for interruptions caused by Meta, TikTok or other providers, and the service is provided "as is".

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.
